Your Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and assist customers with a variety of requests

Provide clear product and service information

Resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically

Document customer interactions accurately

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth case handling

Requirements:

Fluent-level Spanish (C2), spoken and written

Strong English (B2)

Excellent communication and active listening skills

Advanced technical knowledge or ability to learn quickly

Available to work flexible shifts

Documents required:

- high school diploma

- birth certificate

- a EU member state citizenship or a valid residence & work permit for Greece
