A video interview is two interviews in one: the conversation, and how well you work through a screen. Treat the setup as part of your preparation.
Audio matters more than video. Use headphones with a microphone, close other apps and test your connection ten minutes early. Face a window or a lamp so your face is lit from the front.
Keep notes visible but out of frame: two or three stories that show impact, plus questions for the team. Look at the camera when you give your key points, not only at the screen.
End by asking how the team communicates and makes decisions. It shows you understand that remote work lives or dies on communication.
