About the role
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Remote Chat Representative to provide real-time support to customers via live chat and messaging platforms. In this role, youll assist customers with questions, troubleshoot issues, and deliver a positive experience — all while working remotely.
This position is ideal for someone who communicates clearly in writing, enjoys helping people, and can manage multiple conversations at once
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
