We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis for an initial period of 1-2 months.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a payroll professional looking for a flexible, fully remote position with an immediate start. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing a large weekly payroll of approximately 500 employees, alongside 11 additional monthly payrolls covering around 280 employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Processing end-to-end weekly and monthly payrolls accurately and on time.

Managing payroll for approximately 500 weekly paid employees and 11 separate monthly payrolls.

Processing starters, leavers, statutory payments, and payroll amendments.

Ensuring payroll records are maintained accurately and in line with current legislation.

Handling payroll queries in a professional and timely manner.

Supporting pension administration and payroll reporting where required.

Maintaining confidentiality and a high level of accuracy at all times.

Requirements

Previous payroll experience is essential.

Experience using Brain Payroll or Sage 50 Payroll is required.

Confident processing high-volume payrolls within a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and excellent accuracy.

Good organisational and communication skills.

Must be available to start immediately.
