Location: Fully Remote Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum Contract: Full Time, Permanent

What You'll Be Doing

Lead the development of high-quality bids, tenders, proposals, presentations, and client submissions.

Create compelling executive summaries, value propositions, case studies, and win themes.

Transform complex information into clear, persuasive, client-focused content.

Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments to gather information and shape winning responses.

Conduct research to strengthen proposal strategies and support business growth.

Ensure submissions are compliant, accurate, and delivered to tight deadlines.

Review, edit, and improve content for quality, consistency, and impact.

Maintain and develop content libraries, templates, and knowledge resources.

Utilise proposal management and AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

Essential

Previous experience in proposal writing, bid writing, marketing communications, journalism, technical writing, or a similar role.

Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.

Strong project management and organisational abilities.

Experience managing multiple deadlines and priorities.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and PowerPoint.

Desirable

APMP Foundation certification.

Experience within professional services, consultancy, HR, relocation, or related sectors.

Knowledge of proposal management platforms such as Loopio, Responsive, or Qvidian.

Experience using AI tools to support content creation and productivity.
