“I appreciate having total autonomy over my workload/client sessions, while also having the complete support of a team behind me. I feel this support with more complex clients through case consults and monthly trainings with my supervisor, as well as through administration with task reinforcement. I have felt well trained, able to ease into a growing caseload without concerns of how to perform/properly do my job.”
