Your Role: As a German-Speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for customers, providing professional, high-quality assistance and ensuring a seamless experience across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Support German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
Provide clear, friendly, and solution-focused assistance
Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication
Accurately document customer interactions and follow internal procedures
Collaborate with an international team to maintain service excellence
What Were Looking For:
Native or fluent German speaker
Good level of English for internal communication
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Previous customer support experience is an advantage, but not required
