Key Responsibilities

Assist with mergers and acquisitions transactions from inception to completion

Conduct and manage due diligence exercises

Draft, review and negotiate transaction-related documentation

Prepare and coordinate completion documentation

Provide corporate and commercial legal advice to clients

Support senior legal professionals on a variety of corporate matters

Requirements

Fully qualified lawyer

Master's degree (LL.M. or equivalent) considered an asset

Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience considered advantageous

Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Maltese

Ability to work effectively within a team environment

Capable of managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines
