About the role
Cocient is a human data and AI training platform. We contract experienced professionals to produce evals and training data for AI labs: writing hard, realistic problems in your field, grading model answers, and pinning down where a model's reasoning breaks. Pay by field, depending on experience: software engineering $70-150/hr, data science $60-130/hr, finance $90-180/hr, medicine $120-250/hr, law $80-200/hr, science and engineering $50-120/hr.
