Senior Guidewire Business Analyst | 6-Month Contract | Inside IR35We're supporting a leading UK insurance organisation on a major transformation programme and are seeking an experienced Senior Guidewire Business Analyst to help drive business and technology change.
Location: Fully Remote (occasional travel to office)
Contract: 6 Months
IR35: Inside IR35
The RoleYou'll work with senior business and technology stakeholders to define requirements, challenge current processes, facilitate workshops and ensure solutions deliver tangible business value. This is a highly visible role within a complex transformation environment where your expertise will directly influence strategic decisions.
Essential ExperienceProven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within complex business and technology transformation programmes.
Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and requirements gathering capabilities.
Previous experience working within the insurance sector.
Strong experience delivering Guidewire-related projects.
Highly DesirableGuidewire Certified Professional qualification.
Alternatively, extensive hands-on Guidewire Business Analyst experience within insurance environments.
Ability to provide strategic input and challenge existing operating models.
