About the role
Our client, a new Silicon Valley based profitable B2C product startup building innovative mobile solutions for the planet, is now looking for a talented and experienced Influencer Marketing Manager.
Location: Ukraine\Poland, Europe Type: Remote, Full-time Start date: ASAP About project and role:
Based in Silicon Valley and backed by top-tier venture capital, we build consumer technology products that help millions of people stay secure, private, and connected online. Our flagship VPN product serves over 10 million monthly active users across mobile and desktop platforms. With additional products in development, it were scaling globally and investing heavily in product quality, performance, and growth.
The company is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to own its influencer program end to end, including strategy, budget, and outreach. The company develops a consumer VPN product used by millions of people, and creators are one of the key channels for reaching them.
The Influencer Marketing Manager will decide which creators the company works with, how they are paid, and how success is measured, and will shape the whole program as they see fit. As the domain owner for influencer marketing, this person will be responsible for the plan, the budget, and the results, and will be the go-to person across the company for anything involving creators.
The role calls for someone equally strong in strategy and execution, who is comfortable deciding what support the program needs as it grows.
What you'll do:
Build the influencer program from zero: define the strategy, the process, the tooling and the playbook, and shape them as you see fit
Own the influencer budget: plan it, allocate it across channels and deal types, and report on where the money went and what it returned
Source and manage creators across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, podcasts and newsletters, from micro creators to large channels
Negotiate and structure deals: flat-fee integrations, CPA and affiliate deals with promo codes, and hybrids of fees plus performance
Run campaigns end to end, from outreach and contracts to briefs, content review, launch and payment
Make performance measurable: tracking links, codes and attribution, with each creator and campaign tied to installs, subscriptions and cost per acquisition
Decide who to keep, grow or drop, based on the numbers rather than follower counts
Keep the program compliant: disclosure rules, platform policies and the extra care a privacy product needs in its claims
Decide where outside help is worth it, such as agencies, networks, freelancers and tools, and manage those relationships
Work with performance marketing, brand, product and finance on launches, offers and forecasts
Report on results to leadership and say what to do next
Use and evaluate AI tooling in the workflow, from creator research to reporting
Wath you bring:
3-5 years in influencer, creator or partnership marketing, with real spend under your control
You have built an influencer program before, or set up a new one where none existed, and lived with the results
Experience running influencer programs across several platforms, with both micro and macro creators
Hands-on experience with all three deal types: flat fees, CPA or affiliate with promo codes, and hybrids
Comfort with numbers: you track cost per acquisition, payback and return by creator, and you can explain them
Experience owning a budget and defending it with data
W
orking knowledge of influencer disclosure rules and platform policies in the main markets you will operate in
Fluent English (C1): you will negotiate with creators, run meetings and write for the whole company
Highly Valued:
Experience promoting VPN, privacy, cybersecurity or other subscription apps, and a network among tech and privacy creators
A track record of measurably improving results: lower cost per acquisition, higher return per creator, or a program grown from small to large
Experience with attribution and creator-management tools, and with agencies or networks
Experience building creator ambassador or long-term partnership programs
Strong video content sense: you can tell why one integration converts and another does not
Why This Role:
A blank page: you build the influencer program from scratch and shape it the way you think it should work
Full domain ownership: strategy, budget, creators and results are yours, and no one else is running this channel
Real scale: a product used by millions of people, so the program you build is measured in real results
A mix of creator types and deal structures, from small niche channels to large ones, on flat fees, CPA and hybrids
