Position: Human Resources Expert, Spanish (Spain) - AI Training Type:Contract Compensation:$60/hour Location:Remote Duration:Oct 23 to Nov 19 Commitment:21 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks in Human Resources.

Build workspaces and files to simulate real HR environments.

Write prompts and create grading rubrics based on HR practices in Spain.

Collaborate with AI research teams to improve task accuracy and relevance.

Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

Must-Have

5+ years in HR (business partnering, employee relations, compensation, or talent).

Native or fluent in Spanish.

Degree from a top-20 university in Spain.

Knowledge of the Estatuto de los Trabajadores, collective agreements, Social Security, and Spanish payroll.
