Your daily responsibilities include:

Assisting customers via email, chat, and phone

Advising customers on the correct use of products or services

Analyzing problems and finding suitable solutions

Processing refunds, exchanges, and adjustments

Supporting customers with orders and general inquiries

Following up on open cases until they are fully resolved

What you bring

Fluency in German and good English skills

Strong communication abilities

Solution-oriented thinking and a structured way of working

Experience in customer service or troubleshooting is an advantage
