Founding Engineers (Software/AI, Manufacturing) + all roles

Ethan here, founder of Jump. Machine shops lose jobs because quoting is slow. A part comes in, someone has to read the drawing, figure out how to make it, and price it, and that can take hours. Many shops also can't put customer drawings in the cloud (ITAR, export control, or just customers who say no). We're building Jump Quote: AI that reads a shop's drawings and drafts quotes in minutes, running on the shop's own computer. We're starting with a small group of founding CNC shops. Long term, we want anyone to be able to make anything, anywhere. We're hiring founding engineers first (software/AI and manufacturing), but every role is open.
