Associate - Payment Manager I

Purpose:

Experience owning site payments in a biotech, pharma, CRO, or diagnostics environment

Strong understanding of investigator payments, reconciliation, and payment issue resolution

Experience supporting clinical budgets and contracts is a plus

Comfortable working independently in a sponsor-embedded environment

2+ years of relevant experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

Manage site payments from generation through reconciliation and closeout

Handle site payment inquiries and resolve arising discrepancies

Support monthly reconciliations and payment tracking

• Process Investigator payments

Work with Clinical Operations, Finance/AP, and study teams

Supporting budgets, contracts, and related payment processes as needed

Assist in improving standard processes, controls, templates, metrics, and operating practices for site payments.

Your Experience

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in investigator grant payments, clinical trial finance, site finance, or related operations.

Experience supporting global programs and client or sponsor stakeholders is preferred.
