Currently, we are looking for an AI Artist | 2D Illustrator to join our product IT company Honeytech, which is developing a platform in the webcomics industry and producing unique content for it.

As an AI Artist | 2D Illustrator, your challenges will include:

Analyzing the Director’s Script and Creative Brief to clearly understand the visual task.

Creating high-quality AI-generated static visual materials (Static Shots) using approved tools.

Ensuring shot-to-shot visual consistency within an episode, including the consistency of character styles, environments, objects, composition, color palette, and lighting.

Refining materials based on feedback from the Creative Producer.

Preparing the final package of static materials for handover to the Animation Production stage.

Organizing source materials, prompts, and working files according to internal standards.

Developing the internal prompt library and reusable visual solutions.

Continuously researching and proposing new tools and approaches to improve product quality and optimize processes.

We are looking for a specialist who:

Has a deep understanding of and hands-on experience with AI generators such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, etc.

Has advanced Prompt Engineering skills.

Has confident proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, including compositing, color correction, and fixing generative artifacts.

Has knowledge of composition, color theory, light, and shadow fundamentals.

Understands the graphics preparation pipeline for further animation.
