What You'll Work On

Advising registered investment advisers and investment companies on regulatory and compliance matters

Supporting registered funds and alternative asset structures

Drafting key corporate governance and disclosure documents

Counseling clients on the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and broader securities regulations

Working closely with clients on product structuring, registration, and exemptions

Collaborating with a nationally recognized team on high-impact, high-visibility matters

What We're Looking For

3–6 years of experience in investment management, funds, or securities law

Experience from a top-tier law firm

Strong exposure to:Registered investment advisers

Investment companies and SEC-registered products

Private funds and regulatory frameworks

Familiarity with SEC regulations, particularly the Division of Investment Management (a plus)

Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills

Strong academic credentials

Active bar admission (or ability to waive in) in your practicing jurisdiction

A collaborative mindset and desire to grow within a high-performing team
